  • Every balloon arrangement is fully customized and thoughtfully designed for your loved ones and special occasions. Rather than using one-size-fits-all templates, we create original, unique designs tailored to your vision, style, and message.

  • Safety is our top priority! While our balloons are perfectly safe to enjoy when properly inflated, they do require adult supervision. Uninflated or broken balloons present a choking hazard for children under eight years old and all pets. Please keep uninflated balloons out of reach and throw away broken pieces immediately.

  • Yes! We deliver within Seattle. Delivery fees start at $10 and vary based on the delivery location and the size of your balloon order.

  • Yes! Free pickup is available in Shoreline. Occasionally, free pickup can also be arranged in SLU or Fremont. Contact us for availability.

  • When placing your order, let us know your preferred delivery or pickup date and time. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

  • We recommend placing your order at least one week in advance. This allows enough time for design, communication, and preparation, especially for custom balloon arrangements and busy holiday periods. Planning ahead helps us ensure we can create and deliver the best possible result for you
